SHIPPING
If you are experiencing a delay with your order, we would ask that you continue to monitor your tracking for further updates. If you haven’t received tracking details, please email us and we will provide these to you immediately.
At aVoguish we are committed to ensuring that our customers across the UK continue to receive best-in-class service post Brexit, with continued access to an expansive selection of homeware items and more.
All orders are subject to a handling period prior to shipment, usually 2 to 7 business days.
Once your item is processed you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number. While your item is being processed you might see “no information available at the moment”. Some shipping companies, take 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 8 business days previously and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Our estimated shipping times for International Delivery is 8 to 21 business days. For products marked as “Available from our UK warehouse” delivery is within 7 days from handling.
Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address. aVoguish cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Exceptional delay can arise due to circumstances beyond our control. This remains extremely rare however (less than 1% of the parcels)
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS or other postal methods depending on the weight and size of the product.
We are NOT responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive to your country.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 15 days from delivery of your order. After the 15 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Some goods, such as newspapers or magazines and cards cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any items returned with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.

To return your product, you should first email us and we will provide you with an RTM code and give you instructions of where to mail your product to:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, where applicable, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that your item will be received.
